W.M. Schultz Construction, Inc. has been working with the both the Saratoga-Warren County and Schoharie County BOCES programs to develop an ongoing relationship to provide students with the opportunity to receive on the job training and to enter into the NYSDOL Apprentice program. We are encouraged by the educational program that BOCES has in place to prepare these students for real life experiences. It is vital to provide young adults with the skills and knowledge to compete in a competitive job market.

Dave Blair of W.M. Schultz Construction, Inc. promotes community services as part of the Schultz Family of Companies culture. As the treasurer of Rebuilding Together Saratoga County and a Big Brother in the Big Brother Big Sisters program, Dave shows the dedication to his community.
